In Windows 11, recently the Snipping Tool has started to randomly activate without being opened by me. Although I followed instructions to repair it in Settings, it has started doing it again today, and it activates frequently--every 5-30 seconds. It interrupts typing and I have to click the screen to make it go away and let me continue working.
