Consider at least 18 arc for Augur. With transformed weapons you'll be unable to parry with a firearm but Augur will open up visceral attacks for you. Visceral attack damage should be amazing on a skill build. So for physical builds, the lowest arc + bloodtinge. That ends up being a tie between violent past or military veteran.
