I eat roughly 1200-1400 calories per day and workout 3-5 times per week. Definitely slowed weight loss and nausea on 5 mg, which I didn't have on 2.5. I'm still optimistic though and the scale is creeping down a bit this week (I took shot #2 of 5 mg four days ago).
