To adjust that there is a hole in the shaft that the clutch pedal is clamped to, loosen the bolt in the pedal put a pin in hole pullshaft clockwise till you feel it contact inside, hold it get clearence for pedal underthe stop and tighten bolt TIGHT. There is a 3-4 second delay in from when you switch the lever to engage the PTO and when it starts turning.
