I got level 2s and 3s on the ATI exams and typically made in the upper 80s-100 for the professor-made exams. For NCLEX, I focused on Boardvitals, which we got access to in 4th semester and, imo, Boardvitals CAT exams are definitely harder than the NCLEX which helped give me more confidence when I actually took it.
