Hugo's isn't overly upscale, but it's still a higher end style restaurant so the prices are as expected, however it'd be nice to offer some soft of deal for brunch since the Brunch buffet option can no longer be offered. Overall good spot and nice vibes so I'd personally give a 3.75 but for Yelp a 4!
