Went in today- really thought I had lost baby (bad cramping over the weekend- and loss of sporadic symptoms) found first one right away, measuring 6w3d and 120 heart-rate… then they went to see if they could find a reason for the cramps… and instead ... yeah, I don’t see di/di twins in either photo.
