Prefer the build quality of the vertex over the apex tbh, but the apex has a better control system ( and collision detection ). At least until u/ilikeputz gets the new deskhaus control box for vertex released. Can't really go wrong with either. Though I did move over to the Vertex Pro 4 leg and the thing is awesome.
