The Dungeon Delver journey is a pretty decent roadmap of what is the correct order for Dungeons. Kurak's Lair can be a bit overwhelming if you don't know what to do, so I would put it just before the Sepermeru dungeons. The Passage isn't really a dungeon, but journeying there is necessary to complete the Scourgestone.Yes.
