Jun 4, 2018 · Julie Chrysler Social Care Specialist. This happened to me today on my 2017 Chrysler Pacifica. I stopped at a red light. The ESS turned the engine off. When the light changed, the car would not restart and I was stuck in the middle of a busy highway for around 15 minutes before the van finally started again.
