Hey everyone, So I completely understand that if you have a 9-6 shift and you call out on a key event date, you only need 8 hours of ppto, and you will not get any points. However, while reading through old posts and comments I have seen that using 4 hours (half that shift) will either give you .5 points or 1 point.

Its never been 1 at any store. Company policy about ppto hasn't changed once (in terms of how many points you get) since it was introduced in 2019.
