Cadillac cue not working

CUE system - radio controls not working. I noticed with in the last several weeks that the three bottom middle radio control buttons to change the station are not working. I read online and did the hard reset but that didn’t fix it. The rest of the buttons on the radio cue work, it’s just the bottom middle three. Help!

CUE is based on Linux and Linux system often becomes unresponsive when HDDs are experiencing troubles, constant resets etc. Nice Ride.WAIT apprx 30 seconds prior to turning Key ON so the Unit can INITIALIZE. Then turn Key on and start vehicle t see if there is any response. NO response, use of GM Dealer Scan Tool is needed to Test, Program and Update. It's not too much $$. Can be found at cuescreens.com.
