Burston Prime has some utility (it heals with syndicate aigment) but has no crit potential and it's raw damage is not that awesome. It barely improves the weapon, and it's still considerably worse than already-good scythes like Hate, Reaper Prime ...If you really like the Phenmor though, Burston Incarnon, Braton Incarnon, would probably be most similar. Latron Prime Incarnon is also really really strong, and probably more powerful in the eyes of many, than the Burston and Braton, however it fires bouncy projectiles. A lot of damage, but different from the Phenmor.Short answer: no. Braton (and Burston) are not good at all; they are meant to be used by new players and discarded once you have options. Their Prime versions are better but still fundamentally bad. I think Burston Prime is better because DPS and Burst dmg is better. Latron Prime is my favourite. I prefer weapons that favour accuracy and fewer shots over more shots and favour spamming. Whatever suits your play style, both are viable.
