About two cups of water that I poured into bottom of dishwasher just after the initial water fill of the cycle. That did remove the smell. And now I am using regular cycle no extra heat for water temp or extra drying or Dani rinse. Just the basics and I open the S-W to air out asap after cycle finished. So far so good.
